Waitlist and pre-launch data
SureContent is pre-launch. Joining our waitlist is not an insurance application and does not create coverage.
What we collect
For the creator waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, the page source, submission time and limited technical data such as your browser user-agent. For the separate platform API waitlist, we also collect your platform or company name, role, optional website and any integration use case you choose to share. If you later receive pre-launch access, we will explain any additional data before collecting it.
Why and how we use it
We use this information to operate the two waitlists, invite suitable creators or platform design partners to the relevant pre-launch program, assess potential API integrations, prevent duplicate messages and honor opt-outs. We do not sell waitlist data.
Providers, retention and your choices
We use Microsoft Azure for storage and Microsoft Azure Communication Services as our default email delivery provider. Resend may process delivery only when it is explicitly configured as a fallback; SureContent does not switch to it automatically. We retain contact and delivery records while the pre-launch program is active and retain suppression records as needed to honor opt-outs. You may opt out or unsubscribe at any time, request access or deletion, or ask a privacy question by emailing contact@sure-content.com.
